Location: Remote (US-based)
Experience: 3–5+ years in freight operations
We are looking for someone with a strong freight operations background who is passionate about customer success and delivering real value to customers.
In this role, you will support onboarding and implementation across enterprise carriers and brokers, helping roll out BiggerPicture into their day-to-day operations. You will work closely with our team and directly with customers to train users, support workflows, and ensure onboarding runs smoothly from start to finish.
You will be hands-on in the details while also helping identify opportunities to improve performance, adoption, and overall customer outcomes.
This role will start with a focus on carrier implementations and expand across warehouse and shipper partners as we grow.
